Project Overview

Proof is a rewrite of the original proof written as part of the Humdrum toolkit originally from CCRMA at Stanford, later taken up by Dr. Huron now at Ohio State. The proof command present is originally written by Daniel McEnnis as part of a class project. However, the design did not allow opportunity for expanding it to the full toolkit.

Now, 6 years later, a replacement for the aging original Humdrum exists in PerlHumdrum, unfortuantely, it still has some issues as neither it nor the original fully tamed spines. While not a major issue, this toolkit aims to fill the gap for a complete implementation of the Humdrum specification. This is an unfunded project - progress is only as time permits.
